I also have this same problem on my V8, and it has turnde into a nice 
clunk-clunk all the time when traversing bumps (my driveway). I'd love to 
know how others have tackled this. On mine, the nut turns with the bolt. So 
I can neither tighten or remove the bolt. I was thinking maybe through the 
bumper mounting hole, but haven't got up the ambition to try that yet.

If anyone has any specifics, I'd love to hear them.
