[V8] Climate Control blower out of control

I suggest the power stage module also. I had this happen on my '87
5kcstq (hmmm... haven't type that in a long while) back in '95-'96.
My current 231k '91 Avant has had about 4 of them over the years
but... I'm not going to finish that sentence... The are the only 2
experiences with the power module going out that I _have_ had... no
mention of those I haven't... no need to tempt fate.
