[V8] cold no-start

the v8 is not starting well when it has sit for very long.
synptoms started about 2 days ago with start time of 3 minutes..
today it took 15 minutes..
note the temp dropped alot, even got snow today.
I am suspecting the coolant temp sensor. this sound logical?

codes are as follows:
2341 - o2 sensor
2312 - coolant temp sensor
2121 - idle switch

2413 - no idea

2314 - ecu to tcu connection failure
