[V8] cold no-start

Sounds logical. The idle switch is caused by pushing on the accelerator
while cranking, BTW. Not suer on the rest of them.
On a side note, I chased this exact problem in mine, and it turned out to be
a bad ECU. What are the chances of that?!?
