[V8] catalytic converter removal?

... if you keep your car in proper tune the catalytic converter isn't necessarily doing that much for you ... but as a rule I do tend to run my cars with functioning cats ... The thing I hate the most about cats is the Hydrogen Sulfide by-product ... seems to be most prevalent on Japanese cars. H2S is bad for your health too ... not to many folks seem to be worried about it for some reason ... probably because Al Gore hasn't made a movie about it ...
It looked like this was more an attempt to improve the song of the motor ... in that case I'll be you can get the sound you want by changing the silencers ... and leaving the cats in place ...
... or perhaps not ... I must say I loved hearing #344 running with the cats disconnected from the crossover ...
