[V8] Combo Switch "Headlight/Turn Signal"

Did it a few years ago.  It's not too bad, just be sure to follow the safe
procedures for disarming and handling the airbag.  After that, it's a piece
of cake.  Remove the column covers, wheel, and then the switch.
