[V8] Combo Switch "Headlight/Turn Signal"

You have to remove the steering wheel, which means first removing the
airbag.  Take the two Phillips head screws out of the top cover to the
switch trim (from below),  take out the two Torx screws from the back of
the steering wheel that hold in the airbag.  Disconnect the wire from the
airbag to its connector buried behind where the top cover was.  Use big
socket to undo the steering wheel bolt after you've used a marker pen to
show the wheel alignment with the steering shaft.  Pull wheel off.  There's
an angled opening from the console side of the bottom of the switch trim.
I think it's a Phillips head screw at the end of that opening.  Just loosen
it some.  Then pull the assembly off the shaft.  Some folks advise
disconnecting the battery before playing with the airbag.
