[V8] Combo Switch "Headlight/Turn Signal"

Thanks for the replies. I will not be doing it for a month yet but its
good to plan ahead on what kinda things I am going to have to go through
to do it :)

I would prefer to do it myself as I can get the combo switch from blau
for 100$ vs who knows what kinda unobtainium the dealer part is made out
of that rises it over the price of insanity.
