[V8] turkey gobble -- even worse!

Mine did this too - and it was very sensitive to humidity and temperature
too - just to make it fun to troubleshoot.
The door panel under the
speaker is rubbing in the door frame plastic trim piece.
I put a
piece of sticky back furniture felt pad on the underside of the door
panel. It pretty much makes the noise go away.
You can get the
felt pads just about anywhere - but I got them at Home Depot.
