[V8] MPG - long overdue update

Thanks for the info on the top end rebuild.  In my previous v8 I got about
18.5 city / 21 hwg - actual.  I bought this new one and it gets bad MPG
and this o2 code.  One my first v8 when I got that code my MPG were
exactly the same as what this one is now - so I replaced the o2 and the
MPG went back up.  Not the case on this car.  I may end up pulling at
least that head to see what is up.
