[V8] MPG - long overdue update

Well, you might argue that the $150 would likely offset all the extra
money you're putting into the gas tank!

The Vag-Com lets you see the readings from specific sensors besides the
O2 (temp sensor, et.al.) -- which may save a ton of time trying for
resistance readings that are never consistent anyway... And I'd offer
the correction that the reading isn't rich because of gas mileage... The
mileage is low because of the rich condition.  Splitting hairs, but just
to help stay on point. 

I've never done a leak-down test, so let us know if you devise a way to
do it on a budget!  I'd love to know myself...
