[V8] Engine removal

Well, the V8 body I have is rough (rust, cracck on black plastic on the 
front bumper, etc).....but the engine in strong.  I found a V8 body here on 
the marketplace that has a shot engine (he thinks it's the timing belt), but 
from the sound of it the body is in decent shape, and he's in the same state 
as me. Sooo....if he e-mails me back and sends some pictures and all looks 
good, I want to buy the car and drop my engine from mine into his. Just 
wondering how costly/complicated would this be? I've done it all the time 
with mk1 VeeDubs, but this engine I can most definately not do and would 
need a shop to do the work for me. Any guesses/comments?
