[V8] At least it's not raining...yet

I've had some trouble with my power windows (all but driver) since I got
the car in November. Through the winter months, my remedy for these
problems has been to not use those windows. It's worked.

Today, I had to take a coworker home. He gets in the car and what's the
first thing he does?

*sigh*

The passenger window has always gone done. It very rarely ever goes
back up.

The facts:
On driver's console, the LF button and RR button are always lit up. LF
window always works, RR window works 9/10 times. I have no response
(light or function) from LR window and occasionally the RF window will
flicker or light up, but will go out if I hit another button on the console.

The button on the passenger's door lights up. Window goes down at its
command. Window does not return back up. If I hit up on the console
button, the RF button light goes out (returning when I let go of console
RF button). When I push down on that button, the lights dim and the car
stumbles--it's got a circuit on the down function (this is with window
already all the way down) but I get no electrical response from pushing
up on it.

The wires between the doors are suspect. The driver's side has a
patched, large brown (ground?) wire that seems stable enough. The
passenger's side has a red/white wire that is incredibly suspect. It
was crimp connected at one end and had a twist cap at the other. I tore
that POS fix out of there tonight and rigged a make-shift one.

I can't seem to figure out the wiring diagrams. Where is this magical
"window and sunroof control module?" I don't think I have power at the
red/white wire. I can't find a good ground for my test light (door
hinges are painted, seat frame??), so I can't be 100% sure.

I need to get this window up. What are my options? Can I hotwire it up
by giving a specific wire or terminal power? For instance, the
passenger's button or a wire in the door frame?

Thanks,
Scott Simmons
