[V8] The Ol' Starter Problem

The ONLY way I have ever removed that bolt effectively is from the top - I
literally kneale on the engine and look down to that side - easy as pie. 
Make sure and remove the air box first - you may also have to turn the
steering wheel one way or the other - but I know for a fact you can have
it out in 15min flat.
