[V8] MPG Partial Update

Ingo,
   The Seafoam seems to be working well - I re-tested compression and
found that it had raised significantly - from 90 to 145psi!  I still
haven't fixed my MPG problem yet, but I still have some things to check -
just gotta find the time.
