[V8] Trailer hitch

I was thinking about putting a trailer hitch on my 1990 v8 to tow my boat this summer. I was wondering if anyone does any towing with these cars. What is the towing limits. And where car i get a hitch for my car.     The boat is a 16 ft ski boat.
