[V8] question about Type 44 electrical gremlins

Had something similar with the 5KS long ago.  It was a bad ground, the
power from the parking light was feeding back through the turn/brake
filament (IIRC, it's been a while) which then made the turn signal
indicator glow whenever the lights were on.

Check for bad ground connections, brittle/broken or corrosion at the
sockets and bulbs. 

Sometimes it can be a real PITA to find out where the feedback current is
coming from, check the most suspect tracks first.
