Ron,
Definitely a cool thing, but I think adding a sway bar with no other changes will actually loosen up your axle! IME, stiffening the rear roll is generally done to reduce understeer (something our front end heavy V8s need IMO. A RSB will redistribute the normal loads (hence cornering loads) to the outside wheel in turning while taking weight off the inside. This will cause the car to actually oversteer as it loads up the outside wheel more. Good luck!

why I'm doing it ;-)
But seriously I'm adding one to tighten up the rear
end. With the 5spd V8 at least the rear end has a
tendancy to step out a bit. I just want to control it
a bit.
