[V8] Dead Blinkers

Anybody have any experience with non working blinkers?

The 4-way flashers work and all the bulbs are good.

When I put the blinker on the flasher?relay clicks (under the dash) but no blinker indicators light and the bulbs don't light.

It clicks at a fast rate.

I replaced the flasher relay but nothing changed.

When I put the 4-way flashers on all the bulbs light up and work properly.

Am I missing something simple?? could it be in the steering column?? Fuses?
