[V8] Ball hone

I recall that alusil / refurbish chatter as well, but hadn't recalled if
a ball hone was invasive enough to do damage.  I have no reason to
suspect any of the cylinders in my 4.2 are anything but pristine... When
I finally get into it, I'll stick to something relatively harmless.  I
wonder if coca-cola would work (j/k).
