[V8] 1992 V8, west coast, eBay special

Ah, dat Kustom! ;-)

Methinks he went to remove it (thinking it would come off like the  
driver's side one) and it broke off instead.  Why one would not  
source a complete cover before replacement I don't know.

And, no, it's not meant to be  two-piece unit.
