[V8] MPG - oh no!!!

Ok guys - Again I'm out in the garage tracing the bad MPG and o2 code - on
a whim I do a compression check - all cylinders around 170 - except one -
70psi !!! Why me, oh why me.  Anyway, I was thinking maby carbon holding
an intake valve open, so I pour some oil in the cylinder and get it up to
150 psi, so it looks like a bad cylinder instead - now what do I do?  I
will post more tomarrow.
