Easiest way to plug then holes is to get holeless covers from europe!
though the bond route seems pretty straight forward if you have the parts.

I don't believe it was ever available in the US. However, I've seen several

cars with them removed. Not sure how exactly they plug the holes, but as
Keiths car had it, I'm sure he knows.
