[V8] V8 Injector Substitution

The Ford injectors I've played with LOOKED like they would fit a V8Q, but
the spray pattern on the Ford application was very different from the V8Q
application.  I've never had a reason to touch the injectors on my V8Q's,
 so I too would be very interested in hearing any BTDT if anyone is
running Ford injectors in their V8Q.

On a related note, the CIS injectors from Mercedes V8's are commonly used
on modified Audi I5 CIS engines.
