[V8] Spark Plug Covers

I currently have standard metric bolts in there. I was thinking of
getting those little plastic covers that are used for license plate
bolts. It's a two piece system. One's a lipped washer that goes behind
the head of the bolt then a black plastic cover snaps on top. It could
look almost OE very easily.
