... I don't know if they are *still* available, but I have purchased
replacement screws ... those funky plastic covered headed parts.  Even
without over tightening them ... or even removing them that many times ...
the new heads are falling apart like the old ones.  When it comes time to do
this again I'll solder some sort of top to the cap that will look somewhat
acceptable and yet not break off ...
