[V8] Causes of Bad MPG?

Me & Allan..just bought the 92 Black/Tavertein v8 in
Jersey..another Roger passed on that is simpley a
jem!!...but
me & Allan went down to my local Audi dealer the other
day to pic up a few sets of rims I had one of the
techs mount for me..FREE of charge by the way 8-O
Surprised???!!! Well I'm not. Too be honest & maybe
Allan will piggy back my thoughts on this???...but my
local dealer is GREAT!!

 We had both our Black v8's parked & while BS'ing
inside I walked by the window & noticed 5 dealership
guys around both our cars..we both stood there with 2
or 3 other techs inside & a chuckle came to me bout
seeing everyone with such intrest in our cars..I mean
how often you see 2 of them at the dealer..not to
mention mines a 5sp!! :-)..Oh another on Autotrader..&
the refrence to Tims comments about the Black/Grey 90
he bought off me about 2 months ago was a 1 familey
owned car! EVERY reciept..window sticker & all!! But
as Tim mentioned I got my 5spd for Wholesale!!
$1,500!!!! OK every body HATE ME NOW ;->
 I put some 93oct in her & topped the tires off &
haven't stopped driving the freaking the car. It
hasn't skipped a beat!! 

Won't skip a beat eather after I drop that 4.2 motor
in her :-)

 I'm very luck as to the people I know..I like to
surround myself with compatence..since I feel so
incompotent most times...LOL

dealer takes pride in what they do..weather it be with
the new Q7..or the ol 85 5k's!!!

Yeah, but ask my dealer for parts and they ask me
"what kind of car is 
it?
80, 90, 200, 100?"

:)

guess not all dealers are created equal!
