[V8] Paper Repair Manuals

I bidded for awhile, but it went too rich for my blood.

I have the .pdf version, but the cost of printing it out is outrageous 
(10 cents per page times 1800 pages...).  I still prefer paper over 
computer.  I like being able to flip back and forth between pages, etc.

In other words, if anyone out there has a paper copy they want to sell, 
I'm game.
