[V8] Coolant Guage wackyness***Now IC board wackyness***

Ron,

I did just that.  I also removed the light bulbs that illuminate the  
PRND321 display.  The right side of the IC is actually part of the  
whole black plastic IC gauge surround, so you can't just sub certain  
parts.  You'd need to swap the circuit boards.
