[V8] Emergency Hood Release

You may be able to access the hood relase levers (that the cables actuate) with a skinny rod between the headlamps. You may also have to push the hood pins over with same rod while lifting, as if they are grossly misaligned they may not pass through the tube. 
You also may be able to unscrew the pins with them in place.
