[V8] Emergency Hood Release

Access to the hood latch-pin release lever (what the cable pulls on) was 
gained through removal of the side marker lights.  Hardest part was 
trusting my tiny jack on my inclined driveway while I crawled under the 
car.  Once they were removed, it was reach-in-and-pull.
The loosey-goosey inside-pull-lever was due to the cable slipping out of 
the release lever at the passenger side.  I aligned and tightened 
everything down and now my hood is level on both sides.
