[V8] Infamous V8 No Start

Yeah, well it makes me feel like an idiot for paying as much as I did for
the GE. At the end of the day, is a converted '93 worth more than an autobox
'93 or '91 5spd? I guess there really isn't a market to gauge considering I
have more fingers on one hand than the number of '93 5spds.
