[V8] insuring old cars.

Let's not forget the reason for insurance, by being uninsured, your essentially assuming all liability for anything dumb you might do personally. So you forget to stop at a stop sign and smack someone, you could potentially have everything taken from you. Although it is the law to have a minimum of liability in Texas, even if it wasn't required I'd opt for it anyway, especially with all these sue happy people down here.
