They're cheap now, down to around $25 for a basic one.

The last decent after market V8Q radiator was the GDI (Go-Dan
Industries), which was discontinued about 5 years ago. The only thing
you had to "adjust" was to cut and bend down the top to accommodate the
hood latch. I put one in about 6 years ago and it's still fine.
Modine used to sell a great after market all metal radiator for the I5's,
those too have disappeared from the market.
Be careful when buying heater cores too, I bought one from RockAuto
online, asked them 3 times before buying if it was the OEM style. What I
received was a POS brass one which looks adequate if you live on the
equator. You have to go with the OEM brands when ordering, Meyle, Behr
etc. or more than likely you'll receive some "Made in China" or worse
crap.
