[V8] abusive relationship

Well Dave you certainly are doing a good job putting on a happy face at
least...  You and Tony should form a V8 fan club, with a special VIP
room for the hydraulic system!

And just to clarify, the engine rattle came just "from looking at the
t-belt"?  Funny, that's how my rattle started too...    ;-)

Ironically (though not as ironic as the India paradox you've found
yourself in),  I was just checking out A3 lease deals when your email
came over.  As un-justified as this may sound, I'm starting to kick
tires due to my commute misadventures yesterday morning, where I sat in
the pouring rain for three hours waiting for road service to bring me a
can of gasoline.   Yes, it was my dumb fault, but still, the gas gauge
wasn't unequivocally pinned on empty, and the computer flashed the
occasional 25 gals to empty.  And again yes, that's (a) adjustable and
(b) an unwise thing to go by -- but at the end of the day, I'd have made
it to work on time if I had a spanking new A3!

But of course when take my car out for a lunch run, I'll surely come to
my senses...
