[V8] Alt R&R

Sounds like what I am looking for, though I'd guess if I can compress the 
tensioner enough, slipping it back over the non ribbed roller would be a bit 
easier than over the A/C compressor?  We'll see.  I can't believe its not in 
the Bentley.  Nice diagram of the belt system though, I'll use that to try 
and figure the correct leverage.
