If you followed the "Bentley" belt removal procedure--including inserting the locking pin in the tensioner while pulling on the belt to move the tensioner plate--you'd have no trouble figuring out the installation.  That's probably why there's no installation description.  So if you put a 13 mm wrench on the acorn nut on the front of the tensioner plate, you can pull up (counter clockwise) and relieve tension enough to find that locking hole and stick a nail in there.  Then the belt goes on fairly easily.
