Subject: [V8] clicking noise

It's really annoying. I get a clicking noise from my front driver's wheel. When I was in Florida I changed my front axle, it would click on left turns upon torque. I drove home to Ohio and after a few weeks I repaced the front axle again due to the clicking noise coming back. The clicking noise is back, except this time it does it on a straight line at any speed. I jacked up the car and turned the wheel and no sound, nothing smooth as can be. Could it be my bearings or could it be that I need another front axle/cv joint? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You Very Much
Tomas
