[V8] Alt R&R

I got the old one out fairly easy, slipped the ribbed belt off the drivers 
side roller.  Of course install is never reversal of uninstall.  There is no 
procedure in Bentley, (though there is one for the starter and checking the 
alt) do I 'have' to play with the tensioner?  Any BTDT helpful.
