[V8] Alt R&R

I am sure there a dozen ways to skin this cat, but my method is easy and
also is the Bentley method with a small twist.

Remove the
electric fan and the bolts for the engine driven fan shroud. This gives
clearance to get the belt in place.
Here is the twist - remove the
bolt that holds the outer end of the belt damper shock to the timing
cover. (may have to remove the lower cooling hose support too - simple to
do.
Put a 13mm wrench on the tension reliever nut (acorn) and marvel
at how easy it is to move and hold while you slide a 3/16 drill bit shank
along the edge of the tensioner bracket and slip it into the locking hole.
Once locked, getting the belt on and off is a piece-o-cake.
Reversal
is going backwards...
