[V8] Free K&N Air Filter, now MAF

I don't know that it actually ruins the sensor Scott - but it does make it
oily and with the extra chicken feathers and such flying past, they get
coated with gunk that reduces the sensitivity and accuracy of the sensor.
I have always been able to clean them off and restore performance. The V8
sensor - and all similar Bosch types have a burn off feature that will
help reduce this effect, but Fords (that I have owned anyway) do not have
this feature and are susceptible to gunkification. (verb - meaning
expensive visit to auto mechanic is imminent :-)
Out of habit
now, if I have an idle problem I pull the MAF and inspect the sense
wires.
