[V8] MPG & Italian Brake jobs

Ok, I have gotten rid of the o2 code - whether by replacing the header
sealing rings or adjusting the valve timing on the drivers side - I don't
know which did it, I would assume the valve timing.  Anyway, I still have
terrible MPG so I have a m18X1.5 tap on order, cause I know that the
threads are buggered on the o2 sensor.  I have a new sensor in wait and I
will report back again sometime next week when we see where we stand.  I
am thinking of replacing the Injector o-rings - where do I get them? 
Plus, what is the exact procedure for the italian brake job?
