[V8] Radio operation

<snip>on the newer audi radios do they have cd changer controls?  Refering to 
my 94 urs4.

It has a changer (alpine) but no sign of a  controller.

My '90 has the Bose-Gamma radio with the mode button.  I followed the  
destructions and created a harness after having purchased a (actually two) CD  
changers with the Audi controllers.  No workey.  Tried a different  head unit - No 
workey.  Got the second changer and interface, still no  workey.
 
My '95 S6 has the stone identical Bose-Gamma radio.  I plugged  one of the CD 
changers & controllers into the factory '95 harness and it  works like a 
charm.  Conclusion, the manual's wiring diagram for the CD  harness is different 
than what's actually in the factory harness.  I tried  to get a couple of the 
listers who were parting later V8s that had the factory  CD harness to sell me 
the harness, but couldn't actually get that to  happen.
