[V8] RTV and Loctite

Just did a TB job on the PT sitting in my garage this week. I used a thin
layer of RTV on both sides of the WP gasket, as I do for all that don't seal
with an o-ring. I also put a dab of RTV in each of the bolt holes before
putting the bolts in. I've been doing this on V6s and V8s for years, and
had very good luck. Not only does it help prevent leaks, but it also helps
keep the bolts from seizing up in the block, like they often do.

I never put anything on the crank bolt before reinstalling.
