[V8] RTV and Loctite

Rtv on the pump, yes.  Sure won't hurt.  Apply sparingly.  

Loctite on crank bolt -- again, won't hurt, but what's the torque spec on that thing -- 700 lb-ft or something?  If it means running out to pick some up, don't bother. 

This isn't gospel, just what I did (and didn't) do.
