[V8] Sound from only one speaker?

Well I'm very excited to get my radio going, but I only have sound comming 
from one speaker, the one in which I replaced the amp. That makes me almost 
positive the rest of the amps are shot, but could it be something else? I'm 
counting on replacing the other 3 amps, since that's probably the 
case....does anypne have instructions for removing the front door panels? Do 
I have to take them off all the way, or just enough to get to the amp? I 
know there's probably a mess of wires inside due to power windows and locks 
and such, so are they easy to get back on?
