[V8] Sound from only one speaker?

You would have to test the outputs of the head unit - and the best way to
do that is to plug in a working amp. It could be done on a bench if you
really need to, but probably more work than needed - and cost if you have
to bring it to a stereo shop.
The door panels have to come all
the way off. Not a big deal though.
I will probably miss something,
but first with a 4mm allen, loosen (a lot - but do not remove)
the
three screws in the arm rest and pull it off.
remove the trim plate
for the door handle and screw behind it, and remove the door handle -
requires carefully removing the cable.
Remove two more screws around
the edges of the door panel.
If I remembered it all, you can now
carefully pry the panel away from the door from the lower edge and then
lift it up and off.
I use a big flat blade screwdriver, being careful
not to scratch the paint and pry right each plastic pin so you do not
break them or the door panel. Just work slowly.
It will
be evident what needs to be done with the speaker.
