[V8] Sticking throttle Q part Deux for 5 speed manual guys

No Ingo, I don't think it is for emissions. I believe the dampner is there
so you dont stall the car when you let off the gas quickly. The reason I
believe this to be so is that i had one go bad on a 200 quattro a long time
ago and it would stall all the time when I let off the gas quick. Replaced
it,and it was fine.
