[V8] The waiting is over, it has arrived

On my 90 and 91 the hood release pulls out in one arc.  On the 93 when I
first pulled it in just the one arc, it did not feel like it was doing
anything.  Later, I pull it in the one arc and I was pulling a little more
firmly and it seems to have a hinge in the level that let's it be pulle even
further out to actually disengage the hood latches.

The exterior door handles lift up quite a bit farther than on my older cars.
On those, the handle only comes out a little bit and seems to allow you to
pull harder to open the door if necessary.  The newer handles seem to lift
up to a point where they're almost sticking straight out.
