I in fact unplugged my Servotronic a while back and have plugged it back  
once or twice to see what I'm missing: NOTHING!
Plus = easier to parallel park with my big 255's, my wife likes it. I  have a 
smaller then stock Momo wheel also, so I'm sure there it would be a bit  
better with the Audi 15 inch stock steering wheel.
Minus = with the Servotronic it has a much less direct feel- sadly like my  
E350 ford van when I try to compare assisted vs. non.
Stick with the non servo rack and get better steering feel IMHO.
